About the Coffee & Producer

“I am a fourth generation coffee grower. Most other people’s parents and grandparents grew corn or kidney beans or they held some cattle. It doesn’t necessarily mean that I am more knowledgeable than most though, because the previous generations almost exclusively grew very tall low grade coffees – I had to start from scratch when I started to work on my own land.”

Selvin’s lot is 2.8 hectares at around 1,600masl, where he grows Catimor and a bit of Parainema. There’s a lot of natural shadow from pine trees alongside growing guave and mango. His coffees often have lighter, more accessible bodies, clean cups, fruity and floral descriptors with a brighter and often intense acidity.

Perfect for on the go...

Try our brand new coffee brew bags! If you're looking for coffee on the go, with no brewing methods required or frills attached, than our steeping bags are for you! These small but mighty coffee bags are fully biodegradable, alongside our fully recyclable packaging.

How to Brew...

Each bag contains 8g of ground coffee. We recommend steeping your bags for a minimum of 5 minutes. If you like yours stronger, simply leave it in a little longer!
