About the Producer
This coffee comes from the small area of Piedra Candela, located in the Juruntugo terroir in the region of Chiriqui. It is a high-altitude area that borders Costa Rica and offers contrasting panoramas of forest mountains and cliffs.
The Gallardo sisters, Dafne and Damaris, have been producing coffee at their family farm for over 20 years. Their fully-washed Geisha offers a complex cup combining delicate notes and a beautiful length. They have been managing the Las Gallardo family farm for more than 20 years, cultivating coffee in an environment particularly well-suited to its production, since their 30-hectare farm, owned initially by their father, is located in a region that benefits from a pleasant climate and rich volcanic soils.
