About the Beer

We've teamed up with Burning Soul in Birmingham to create a one-of-a-kind Cascara Rhubarb Sour! Cascara is the dried coffee cherry which surrounds the seeds (coffee beans) which has tea-like qualities with sweet hibiscus flavours. This, brewed with locally grown rhubarb, makes for a unique & delicious sweet & sour beer!

You can buy the Cascara separately to enjoy as a tea!

Ingredients
Malted barley, wheat, rhubarb, hops, water, yeast, cascara (caffiene).
Allergens (including cereals with gluten) underlined.
2.5 UK Units, 440ml, 5.5% abv.
