Ethiopia - Arsosala - Special PrepFilter Coffee
This is a special preparation washed process coffee, where the cherries are de-pulped, fermented overnight and washed before being submerged for 8-16 hours. The beans are washed again before drying on raised bed for 9-12 days.
With an altitude of 1800masl, this sweet and soft cup produces notes of lemon juice and floral flavours of both jasmine and bergamot.
