Finca Los Pocitos Coffee Profile
About the Producer
Father of two, Nery is currently in charge of managing the milling and sorting in the dry mill. His concern is that the green coffee reaches its destination as clean and homogeneous as possible. At Los Pocitos, Nery also produces high quality bananas, taking advantage of the shade for the coffee plants.
The coffee is fermented for 24 hours before being passed through the pulper, and left to dry on beds with natural ventilation for around 10-15 days.
