About the Producer

Coffee is grown in Yemen in mountainous areas up high on plateau’s and in valleys that are between 1600 – 2100masl in altitude. All coffee is hand-picked, grown with the use of natural organic fertilisers and dried on raised beds or roof tops between 6 and 12 days.

Howari village is located in Al-Qafar District, one of the districts of Ibb Governorate in central Yemen. The Hawar area is characterised by a moist climatem rainy weather and an altitude ranging between 1600-1950m above sea level. The total number of famers here is about 1000 growing coffee.

How to brew...

Each bag contains 8g of ground coffee. We recommend steeping your bags for a minimum of 5 minutes. If you like yours stronger, simply leave it in longer!
