From humble beginnings, Don Rosa Dimas Funez Macias has grown into a Cup of Excellence finalist, placing in the top 20 nationally multiple times. His Finca is El Roble, situated in the community of La Peñita in Comayagua.


About the Region
Grown at 1,600 meters, the farm cultivates Pacamara, Yellow Catuai, Lempira, Gesha, and SL28, showcasing remarkable diversity.
About the Process
Fully washed with 24–36 hours of anaerobic cherry fermentation, the beans are pre-dried on patios before finishing with sundrying for 9–12 days.
