We have complied a list of frequently asked questions below to answer any queries you might have regarding ordering online, wholesale, or the café.
Common questions about how we roast, pack and ship our freshly roasted coffee beans!
We roast almost everyday Monday - Friday. When you order from our website, we’ll always send out our most fresh and recently packed beans, although we recommend ensuring a resting period before you start brewing!
Orders weighing less than 1kg (1-3 bags of coffee) are shipped with free delivery via Royal Mail 24/48 Hour Delivery or Parcelforce express24 (for an additional charge of £5.00).
Orders weighing above 1kg (4+ bags of coffee) are shipped with free delivery via Parcelforce express24 Next Day Delivery.
Next working day shipping cut off time 11am Monday - Friday.
We use light to medium roast profiles for the majority of our coffees, especially for single origins. Espresso blends tend to have a slightly more developed roast in order to bring out the best qualities in espresso.
Our standard bags are 250g, unless otherwise stated. If you require larger amounts, select either 500g or 1kg on the product page on our website.
We send our coffee as whole beans as standard, but if you wish to have yours ground, simply select your grind size (between Espresso, Filter or French Press) and we'll do the rest for you!
If you're looking to have your coffee ground on a regular basis, we recommend trying a subscription where we'll send you weekly pre-ground coffee!
All of our retail and wholesale coffee bags are made from a fully recyclable material and environmentally friendly.
