About the Producer
Palbo is 42 and has been growing coffee at Finca Planadas for 30 years. He has over 8000 Pink Bourbon trees and a small volume of Gesha. This lot was picked and held for 72 hours, before being pulped and then fermented in tanks for 36 hours. Drying takes 18 days.
