About Introduction to Espresso

The Introduction to Espress class is where we dive deep into the intricasies of the tiny cup. Suitable for the begginer to intermediate home barista, we will explore the variables and techniques that will help you extract the very best from your beans. This is a great opportunity to get hands on with some profesional grade espresso machines, as well as learn how to maximise a budget home machine.

Course Breakdown

You will learn the theory behind each stage in pulling the perfect espresso. From grinding, tamping, all the way through to extraction. You'll taste the difference between good and bad espresso and by the end, know how to dial in your coffee to suit you.
