Barefoot Bakery (Barefoot Gluttony!)

We've been working with the fantastic Barefoot Bakery, based here in Oxford, since we opened, and their Sea Salted Brownies are a huge hit every day.  What do you think of this apple and blackberry cake?  Should we get more of these? (It was delicious).
