Buying 'direct' does not necessarily mean that we are dealing only with the farmer him/herself, but it contains all the benefits of doing such. This means that we are supporting sustainable growth on all stages in the supply chain, ethical trading, and encouraging pricing averaging three times that of Fairtrade.
